How minutes & billing work
- What counts: Time debits during an active desktop session while you are using assist features — not while idle. Rounded up to the nearest minute.
- Inside a session: Screenshots, transcript submits, and streamed answers do not cost extra per action; the session timer is what matters.
- Pack validity: Starter, Value, Power, and custom top-ups stay valid for 365 days. Pro is a 30-day pass with a 1,000-minute fair-use ceiling.
- Tax invoices: Prices include 18% GST. Enter your GSTIN at checkout for a downloadable invoice.
