These are the permitted-use rules for Helpwing. They sit alongside the draft terms. 18+ only. Not available in the EU, UK, or Switzerland.
Use Helpwing to practise, to prepare, and in conversations where AI help is allowed. Do not use it in exams, recruitment tests, or proctored assessments.
Tell the interviewer
When you use live help, you must tell the interviewer. If AI help is not allowed in that interview, do not use live help. Asking your recruiter first is the right check.
18+ only
Helpwing is for adults. You must be 18 or older.
Employer opt-out
Employers who do not want Helpwing in their interviews can opt out. Email the address below. We confirm within 48 hours, and we block live assist when we detect an opted-out interview.

- Preparing answers from your resume and the job description
- Reviewing debriefs after a call
Check first
- Live help in a real interview, only where the interviewer allows AI. Tell the interviewer when you use it.
Never
- Exams, recruitment tests, online assessments, and proctored rounds
- Any process an employer has opted out of
